Do I have to be a Mormon to go to BYU-H? If not, then do I have to have gone to seminary?

I agree with the answer given above. You do not have to be a member in order to be eligible to attend school here. However, there are some benefits when you are a member of the LDS church. For the non-member applicants will still have other options to help them with tuition fees through donations or scholarships.

No, you do not have to be an LDS member to go to BYU-H. However, there is lower tuition fees for members as members of the Church support the church through their donations. While you do not have to have attended seminary, those who have will be given extra consideration. And although you are not required to be a member, we expect all students to reflect the standards of the Church at our school.
