The Temple View Apartments (TVA) can accommodate about 314 student families and is located at the edge of campus close to the Laie, Hawaii Temple. Each apartment is furnished with a refrigerator, stove, dining table with 4 chairs, bed, dressers, and sofa. A card-operated laundry facility is available to TVA residents. All interested applicants must pay a $50 non-refundable application fee to get on the waitlist. Housing will communicate with applicants by email, so checking your email regularly is extremely important.

Due to the limited number of apartments, all new students must make arrangements to live off-campus for at least 2 semesters before getting in. The TVA waitlist is a current student waitlist, which requires at least one person to be a full-time student with a minimum of 12 credits to be on the list. Although students may apply for the TVA waitlist as soon as they are accepted into school, they must become full-time students with a minimum of 12 credits, before they become active on the list. Current full-time students typically live off-campus for about 2 semesters before getting into TVA.
