If you are experiencing delays in receiving emails with the Outlook application on your Windows desktop device, follow these steps.
Open Outlook.
- Select Send/Receive from the ribbon.
- Select Send/Receive Groups
- Select Define Send/Receive Groups

In the Send/Receive Groups options,
- In the Setting for group "All Accounts" section, check the box for Schedule an automatic send/receive every and change the time to 1 minute.
- In the When Outlook is Offline section, check the box for Schedule an automatic send/receive every and change the time to 1 minute.
- Select Close.

Close and restart Outlook once this change is made.
