To use the HDMI connection at the Table, make sure HDMI 3 (TABLE) is selected with the TV remote.
You can change or check this by clicking the INPUT button on the remote and selecting the appropriate option.
Next connect any of the Extron “Show Me” HDMI connectors to your device and then click the play button on the cable to broadcast to the TV. A blue LED will illuminate indicating the cable is active.
To use the Zoom Room functions, select HDMI 2 (ZOOM) with the Input button on the TV remote.
Use the Logitech Zoom Room touchpad in the cabinet to either start or join a meeting.

Once in, you will then have the option to mute audio/video as well as other standard zoom functions.
