I am a student, and I can’t access the myBYUH portal, how can I fix this issue?

Have you sent in your Intent to Enroll to Admissions? Until it is received and you are matriculated (which may take up to 48 hours) you will not be able to access your myBYUH account.
If you still cannot login, please contact the BYU-Hawaii Help Desk at (808) 675-3921 between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday Hawaii Standard Time.
