To get the kamaaina rate, a resident must show proof with a Hawaii State ID or Driver's License.

A kamaaina rate is a discount given to Hawaii residents who can produce a Hawaii ID (state or drivers license). PCC offers a 50% kamaaina annual pass valid for 1 year from date of issue. A child kamaaina pass is for ages 5-11, Adult kamaaina pass is for ages12 and up. Children under 4 are free but if attending the night show must sit on parent's lap. The kamaaina pass allows the card holder only free admission to the villages and night show daily.
