Is there a cancelation fee?

          Guests can cancel their reservations any time prior to 5:00 pm Hawaiian Standard Time (HST) the day before your activity date without penalty. Cancellations or N0-Shows with no notification after 5:00 pm HST the day before your activity date will be charged in full with NO REFUND.
Guests who have purchased their tickets (and ground transportation) through a travel agency or tour operator and have a travel voucher must request cancellation through those sources, which invariably have their own cancellation and refund policies.
