In order to log into the system successfully, students need to click the check box showing " Remember me for 365 days" when they first register for the Duo system. If they miss the above steps, plese call the helpdesk for assistance.

Each full-time worker is given a 4-digit pin code that gives them access to outside calls both off-calls and international calls. Pin codes are not to be shared with others.
