Are students allowed to bring their friends who is not currently attending to the school into the cafeteria with them?
Yes, but they need to wither have the Silver or Gold meal plan and it is only allowed to use for three people in different times through out the whole semester.

Does the cafeteria offer the food for vegetarians?
Yes, they do offer the vegen food but it's limited and could only be served to the vegetarians.
