To connect, you will be prompted to install and use the BYU–Hawaii Palo Alto Global Protect client.
Please make sure your computer is up to date with all critical updates and your antivirus are up to date.
1. Open your browser to https://pa-vpn.byuh.edu
Name: (CESNETID)
Password: (type your BYUH AD pwd, case sensitive)
2. Download and save the GlobalProtect software to your computer. Choose Windows 64 bit installer.
3. Install the GlobalProtect app, click next all through the process.
4. Click "Close" to finish installation.
5. Click the "globe" on the bottom left part of your screen.
Then click the three stacked bars and click settings.
6. In settings, click add and type pa-vpn.byuh.edu. Click save and close the window.
7. Type username and password to sign in.
8. When you see this window, it means Palo Alto VPN Access is successfully installed and set up.
