The Student Research Associate Program gives students valuable research and/or development experience in their chosen fields of study. Student assistants work with a sponsoring faculty mentor on a project of significant scholarly depth (max. of 10 hours per week). The results of the project are expected to be of the quality that they can be presented at appropriate professional meetings and/or published in a periodical or journal.

Student Researchers are paid up to 10 hours per work week to do research and may receive funding for conference travel.
