What is the difference between a mail pickup and package lockers?

So, once you receive a package the mail center either decides to put it in one of the lockers, which are located to the right of the mail center that look like metal steel boxes, where you have to input the pin given to you in the mail. Or the other option, to pick-up, they will give you a tracking number, item, from initial and a note. Those types of pick-ups will be handled by mail center personnel at the window, and make sure to have your student ID so they can bring the package out to you!
