If you are having trouble logging into BYUH resources, your password may need to be reset and/or synchronized.
To do so, please go to http://ssa.byuh.edu/reset
Enter your BYUH Login ID NOT your Student/Employee number then click submit.
If you have set up your account properly, you will then be prompted to answer your security questions.
(If you don't have security questions set up, please request a reset token here selecting the "Other" Category)
Now you'll be prompted to create your new password. Your password must meet the following criteria:
Your new password:
• Must be 10 to 15 characters in length
• Must contain at least 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase letter
• Must contain at least 1 number
• Must NOT begin with a number
• Must NOT contain your username, first or last names

Be sure to click Submit
