Use this option to report a problem or request help with connecting to the network.
A short description to explain the nature of a ticket.
The full details of a ticket, including any appropriate circumstances or supplementary information that may aid in resolving it.
The port number is located on the network wallplate.
What are you trying to connect to the network? If other, please indicate what it is, in the details above. If Personal router, we will make sure the port is working but we do not help with configuring it. If your router causes problems, your port will be shut down.
Select a time Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm. Our technicians are only available during business hours.
