Things to check before reporting a problem:
- Can anyone else around you connect?
- Try all browsers: Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Firefox
- Can you connect to http://www.byuh.edu?
- Can you connect to http://hawaii.rr.com?
- Does the network icon in the lower right corner (system tray) display "disconnected" or "network unavailable"?
- Are both ends of the network line securely plugged in?
- If using a wired connection, try disabling the wireless
