Request help with network connectivity

Use this option to report a problem with connecting to the network.

Things to check before reporting a problem:

  • Can anyone else around you connect?
  • Try all browsers: Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Firefox
  • Can you connect to http://www.byuh.edu?
  • Can you connect to http://hawaii.rr.com?
  • Does the network icon in the lower right corner (system tray) display "disconnected" or "network unavailable"?
  • Are both ends of the network line securely plugged in?
  • If using a wired connection, try disabling the wireless
