As an active Student, Faculty or Staff member of the BYU-Hawaii Ohana, you receive access to a Microsoft Office 365 account. The type of your license is dependent upon the type and status of your association with the univerisity.
Your Office 365 account gives you access to email and a OneDrive account. Additional features may also be available while you are an active student or employee.
To access your account and the additional benefits that come with it:
- Log into your email account
- using a web browser, go to https://login.byuh.edu
- click on the Outlook app for your appropriate type (Faculty/Staff or Student)
- In the upper left corner, click on the application icon
- This will display the MS Applications you may use online
- It is recommended that you use OneDrive for your personal files and Box for university business files
- If your current license allows you to install the apps on your device
- click on the Office--> in the upper corner in the navigation window that was displayed above
- then look for the Install Office button in the upper right corner of the next screen
