How to add or edit your office location in Workday

As a BYU-Hawaii employee, it is your responsibility to keep your office location information current. This will help in the following situations:

  • the event of an emergency
  • accurate CDC deliveries
  • where to send service personnel
  • what equipment should be associated with your position and location

To update your office location, first log into Workday, then click on your user icon in the upper right corner.

Click on View Profile

On the left, select Contact

Then click on Edit

Scroll down to the Work Contact Information, click Add under Alternate Work Location

If you need to edit what is already there, click on the Pencil icon 

Fill out the required information and then click on the check mark.

Lastly, click on the Submit button on the bottom to update your profile.
