1. In your iOS device, go to Settings.
2. Click Mail.
3. Then click Accounts.
4. After that, click Add Account to add another user.
5. Then click Microsoft Exchange to add the outlook email account.
6. Afterward, enter the user's BYUH email (netID@go.byuh.edu for students and netID@byuh.edu for non-student workers.)
Then in the Description, type BYUH Email.
7. Click the Sign In button. You will be redirected to Quicklaunch.
8. In Quicklaunch, enter your username, NOT your BYUH email. Enter your password, then click Sign in.
