• Launch Microsoft Outlook
1. Click on Outlook on the main menu.
Select Preferences
2. Select Accounts in Outlook Preferences.
3. Select Add Email Account.
4. Enter the user’s Email.
Click Continue.
5. Have the user enter their netID password to authenticate their account.
Sign in.
