Archiving
1. If you are using Legacy/Old Outlook, skip this step. If you are using the latest Outlook, click on Legacy Outlook.
2. After you get into Legacy Outlook, click File and click on Export.
3. Select all these types and click Continue.
4. Choose a place where you could save the archive file. For example, we saved it in Desktop and named it as Outlook for Mac Archive. After you click Save, it will start to export all your emails to a .olm file.
Importing .olm file
1. Go to File and click Import
3. Click Outlook for Mac archive file (.olm) and click Continue
4. Navigate your file and click Import
5. After you click import, outlook will import your emails from the .olm file.
