Submitting a Service Request


  1. In your browser, go to ⇒ 
    • USER: Sign in with your credentials
    • CLIENT: Select Client Portal
  2. Select SERVICES menu tab to bring up the Service Catalog
  3. Select Accounts & Access > Access 
    • Based on your need, select one of the 4 Service Request templates:
      • Service Request - Access to PeopleSoft Student Admin
      • Service Request - Access to both Finance & SA
      • Service Request - Access to PeopleSoft Financials
      • Service Request - Access to PeopleSoft HR/Workday
  4. Be prepared to provide the following information:
  • NAME(S) and CES NetID(s) and the 7-digit ID number of those needing access,
  • Brief description of what access is needed (The more specific you are the easier it is to get you the access)
  • Navigation of the pages needed in system (PeopleSoft, Workday, etc.)
  1. After submitting your request you will receive a confirmation in your email from TeamDynamix regarding your Service Request.


  • Service Requests are no longer submitted through PeopleSoft. We use TeamDynamix for all Service Requests (as of 2019)
