VPN access requires approval from your director or above. You may submit a request access using the link below:
Once approved, prior to connecting through the VPN always make sure that your computer's endpoint security system is up to date and recently scanned and cleaned of any vulnerabilities.
- From OFF CAMPUS, Open an Internet browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.)
- In the address bar, type: https://pa-vpn.byuh.edu
- Login using your BYUH NetID and password
- Click on the link to download and install the Palo Alto Global Protect Client for your device.
- In the app settings, add portal: pa-vpn.byuh.edu
- Enter your BYUH NetID and password
- To reconnect again in the future, find the icon in the system tray and either double click on it, or right click and select connect. Supply your password and you should be connected.
