Password Reset
After creating your BYUH username/NetID in Account Manager, you will need to setup your Account Security and Recovery options before you can login into university resources.
TIP: click on the EYE icon
when entering your password and answers to verify that you are typing them in correctly. Passwords and answers are case-sensitive. When logging into systems, you must enter the information exactly as they were originally entered during the setup.
Secure Login

Enter your username

After clicking the Fogot password. You will see either Okta, Security Question or Asking Code sent in you number.

Click Send push.

(Okta MFA) Click whatever it the number it show on your Okta, (Phone number MFA )The same thing with phone number whatever code they will send you should input it.

Input your New password.
Do this part if you want to add Okta.

Click on your username/NetID in the upper right corner. Then click My settings

Click Security Methods to add Okta. If it's not added yet.

Click set up another or to change pasword click update.

**Phishing Prevention: Whenever you see a new login page you are not familiar with, you should be suspicious. Always check the URL or web address and make sure it is one you trust. In this case, the new login address signon.byuh.edu directs you to a page on https://signon.byuh.edu/app/UserHome. If you ever see anything other than byuh.edu in the address of a BYUH login, do not continue.
