How To Set Default Headset in RingCentral

1. Sign Into RingCentral (If already signed in skip to step 4)

 

 

2. Click "Sign in"

3. Sign in using your NetID email

4. Navigate to settings

5. Click "Audio"

6. On the right side, under the microphone icon, select the microphone you want to set as default so the correct mic is used during calls.

8. Click this checkbox.

9. Ensure "HID Headsets" is toggled on
